Jada Pinkett Smith Shares Instagram Video Celebrating 51st Birthday With Will Smith by Her Side

She turned 51 on Sunday, Sept. 18.

Jada Pinkett Smith rang in her 51st birthday over the weekend with her husband, Will Smith, in tow for the celebration. 

Pinkett Smith shared a video of her birthday festivities to Instagram on Monday, after turning 51 on Sunday, Sept. 18. Her 24-year-old son, Jaden, and 21-year-old daughter, Willow, whom she shares with Smith, 53, were also in attendance for the event. 

The video from the Red Table Talk host's birthday party features the guests singing happy birthday to Pinkett Smith before she blew out the candles on her extravagant birthday cake. Her guests then encouraged her to deliver some words while chanting, "Speech, speech!" 

"I'm just grateful," Pinkett Smith—who looked cozy while bundled up in a red sweater with a black beanie hat and purple Uggs—said to the group. "Just deeply grateful." 

The mom-of-two then turned to get a sweet hug from Jaden while her hubby chimed in, "She's grateful. Highest virtue."

The Hollywood couple became the talk of the town earlier this year after Smith famously slapped comedian Chris Rock across the face while he was presenting at the Oscars back in March. 

The King Richard actor lashed out at Rock after he made a joke about Pinkett Smith's bald head, which is caused by her battle with the autoimmune condition alopecia. 

Following his multiple apologies, Smith has since been laying low and keeping things light on social media, while Pinkett Smith recently launched the newest season of her Facebook Watch talk show, Red Table Talk, which premiered earlier this month.
