Jaclyn Smith Shares Her PDA-Filled Workout With Husband in New Video

Their technique is pretty impressive, TBH.

Jaclyn Smith has a unique workout routine involving a lot of kissing with her husband, Brad Allen.

The original Charlie's Angels actress recently shared a video of her and her husband exercising together—and it's not like any other workout you've ever seen before.

In the video shared by Smith via Instagram on Dec. 14, the couple took turns toning their muscles just by using each other's bodies, with no expensive gym equipment (or membership) needed.

"We decided to turn it up a notch with our workouts!" she joked in the caption of the flirty fitness video.

The 77-year-old actress donned a black long-sleeve t-shirt and black leggings as she straddled her husband, who was wearing a gray shirt and navy joggers.

Once in the position, with her legs tightly wrapped around Allen, Smith began performing sit-ups that would end in a peck after each repetition as New Order's "Blue Monday" jammed on in the background.

After her ab workout was complete, the couple changed positions, this time with Smith sitting on Allen's shoulders as he hammered out some squats. No one was dropped, and no one seemed to be struggling too much. The whole thing was pretty impressive!

Shortly after sharing the clip, fans applauded the couple for their flexibility and strength.

"Impressed with Brad!! Well done, you two!! 😎," one fan cheered.

Someone else asked for a step-by-step tutorial, writing, "??? How in the world do you do that sit up? I can’t do one on the ground.👏👏."

"Jaclyn NEVER ages. Always and forever a Goddess 🔥🥰," another gushed.

"Every man in the world is thinking 'What a lucky man he is'😃," joked another follower.

It looks like Smith and Allen may be setting out on a new adventure as fitness influencers, as just a few days prior, on Dec. 10, Smith shared a different video of the two working out together, writing, "It’s hard to stay motivated to work out during the holiday season but Brad and I have found a way to have a few laughs while also getting a workout done!"
