Jackson Hole Passes 300 Inches Of Snow On The Season

Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, Wyoming, has surpassed 300 inches of snowfall this season.

JHMR, like several resorts throughout the West, has had a bit of a lean season. Then February arrived.

In a February 3rd through 9th snow report, the resort announced that "Over FOUR FEET of snow" had fallen. The February 10th through 16th snow report brought similarly delightful news, with JHMR writing, "Four FEET of ❄️ this week, four feet last week, the powder portal is OPEN."

As of today, JHMR has received 309 inches of snow so far this season. The resort averages 458 inches of snow each winter.

Last winter was the snowiest on record at JHMR, with 595 inches of snow falling in Rendezvous Bowl. While the odds of the resort hitting that record-setting mark again this season are likely slim, you can never count out March—the month produced 116 inches of snow in Rendezvous Bowl during the 2022-2023 winter. Here's hoping!
