J.Lo Is Toned AF In These Spicy IG Lingerie Photos

In the pics, the star is wearing Intimissimi lingerie, complete with a pink, lacy bra and undies set.
J.Lo loves to get her sweat on while dancing, and has done pole dancing for cardio, too.
Valentine’s Day may have come and gone, but that doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy your finest lingerie all year long. And Jennifer Lopez is proving that statement true with her latest photo dump on Instagram.
In the pics, J.Lo, 53, posed in a lacy Intimissimi bra and underwear set that is part of her upcoming collaboration with the brand. Jen is also wearing a totally glamorous robe over the lingerie that perfectly ties the whole look together.

Of course, her fans fell all over the photos, which showed off the star’s super-toned abs and legs.

Speaking of moves, J.Lo worked with dancer and choreographer in aerial acrobatics, Johanna Sapakie for her role in Hustlers. The two continued to train in the lead up to the 2020 Super Bowl Halftime Show performance. And pole dancing? That is a serious full body workout.
“Everything is working in unison to create the movement,” Sapakie told Women’s Health. “If your body works as a total package, you’re much more likely to be successful than if you rely on just one muscle group."
When it comes to fueling up for those intense workouts, Jen tries to opt for the freshest ingredients possible. She previously told People, "I don't deprive myself. But I've learned the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
Her personal chef, Kelvin Fernandez told Us Weekly, that J.Lo’s fridge is always stocked with sparkling water, fruits, and veggies. "There's always greens, like spinach, cucumber, and celery to make green juice," he said.
