J.Lo Puts Her Own Spin on the Sweater Vest Trend While Out in Miami
Even Jennifer Lopez can't resist trying out this year's sweater vest trend.
The superstar was photographed out and about in Miami this week sporting a preppy-inspired ensemble that included a gray knit sweater vest; patchwork-style, wide-leg denim; oversized '70s-inspired sunglasses; big gold hoop earrings; and a protective sequin-embellished face mask by Masqd. Lopez also wore her hair in a slick top knot and showed off her enviably toned arms.
The singer-actress has stayed simultaneously cozy and chic lately, with a series of snaps featuring her comfort-driven outfits worn at home and out of the house to prove it. For example, she's recently sported a matching golden Ivy Park x Adidas hoodie and pants, a maroon-hued cropped workout set paired with her $100,000 Hermès Birkin bag, and a holiday-appropriate emerald-colored sweat suit.
Making headlines earlier this week, Lopez opened up on SiriusXM's Radio Andy about how she and her fiancé, Alex Rodriguez, considered not getting married at all. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Lopez and Rodriguez ultimately decided to indefinitely postpone their nuptials, which were supposed to take place this past summer.
"We've talked about that for sure. I mean, at our age, we've both been married before, it's like, do we get married? Do we not? What does it mean for us?" said Lopez during the interview. "It just kind of gave us a moment to pause and think about it," said Lopez. "And I think it's something that maybe is still important to us, but there's no rush, you know, there's no rush. It'll happen when it happens."
