When Jennifer Lopez shows up on the red carpet, you know she’s going to bring it. And she clearly wasn’t messing around at the premiere of BF Ben Affleck’s new movie The Last Duel.

J.Lo, 52, shared several snaps and a video on Instagram of herself completely owning the red carpet in a sparkly bronze crop top and high-slit skirt that showcased her six-pack abs, toned booty, and strong legs.

She also shared a sweet BTS photo of her gazing at Ben lovingly from backstage. (Slipe to the second slide.)

People completely freaked in the comments. “Those abs 🥵,” one wrote. “ABS THO 😍😍,” another said.

J.Lo also shared another sweet PDA moment with Ben, with him planting a kiss on her head while they posed for pics.

Yes, practically everyone on the planet knows that J.Lo is mega-fit, but how does she do it? For starters, she spends plenty of time at the gym. Jennifer told Us Weekly in 2015 that she “very rarely skips a workout” and she’s even posted pics of herself on Instagram at the gym on Christmas Eve and her birthday.

She even works out on those days when she’s not exactly feeling it.

“Sometimes when I get home and I'm not feeling so great, I make myself go to the gym," she previously told Redbook. “Then I come home and take a shower, put on a great outfit, some makeup, tie my hair up, and I feel pepped up and great about myself.”

Worth noting: Her trainer, David Kirsch, previously told People in 2017 that his famous client is “very connected to her body, and she’s got crazy discipline” and yeah, it shows.

As for those abs that have got everyone talking? J.Lo does what might be the most intense circuit ever.

Her trainer Dodd Romero shared the whole routine with O, the Oprah Magazine, and whew! It features of a set of 50 hanging ab raises followed by 50 rope crunches and 50 incline sit ups with a 45-pound plate. That’s followed up by another set of 35 exercises each, and a third set of 21 reps each. And, here’s the kicker: She doesn’t take any breaks in between.
