Ivanka Trump Finally Addresses Her Father’s Lewd Tape

Ivanka Trump had stayed relatively out of the picture in the days following the revelation of a 2005 recording of her father, Donald Trump, bragging about sexually groping women without their consent. While the oldest daughter of the Republican presidential candidate did show up at the second presidential debate in St. Louis with the rest of her family following the scandal, she had yet to respond or comment on her father’s lewd remarks. Now she’s finally addressing the issue that has been dominating headlines for nearly two weeks. On the same day her stepmother, Melania Trump, did a sit-down interview with Anderson Cooper, Ivanka’s statement to Fast Company was published: “My father’s comments were clearly inappropriate and offensive, and I’m glad that he acknowledged this fact with an immediate apology to my family and the American people.” Is it too little, too late?
