According to the publication, Femmine was playing with his three children when he realized he wasn't feeling well. During his cardiac arrest, he fell down and was unable to stand back up. He'd previously documented his visit to the hospital, due to an undisclosed illness, where he captioned, "Tutto passa prima o poi" ("Everything passes sooner or later").

Delle Femmine was known for his videos with his children, showing their daily activities and family dinners.

In the latest TikTok, Assunta warned of scammers trying to profit off the influencer's death, which added to the family's distress. "I have to disassociate myself from these people who are doing live broadcasts and say they are collecting money for me and my children to pay for my husband's funeral. Nothing is true, don't donate anything to these people. Thanks to everyone," she wrote in Italian.
