2 cups thinly sliced celery
1 cup quartered cherry tomatoes
½ cup quartered olives
½ cup finely diced salami
½ cup finely diced provolone
¼ cup olive oil
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
½ teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
¼ cup chopped basil
¼ cup chopped parsley

Directions
