Last year, British couple Jon and Annmarie Nurse raffled off their four-bedroom Italian Villa, donating $64,600 of the raffle's profit to Children's Society, a charity based in England and Wales. Now, they're back again to raffle off a beach house located in Italy's “Coast of the God” town.

The home is newly renovated and has two bedrooms and two baths. The first floor is described as having a spacious kitchen with modern appliances and a bathroom with a large shower, washbasin, toilet, and bidet.

Meanwhile, the second floor features two bedrooms, one of which has been reconfigured as an extra living area. Both offer an entrance to the balcony where you'll have a prime view of the sea below.

The beach home is valued at $240,000 and for just $35 you can enter this raffle for the chance of having a dream beach house on the shores of Southern Italy. The Nurses will keep the raffle open from now until September 16, 2021, or until 10,000 tickets are sold, whichever comes first.

The chosen winner will also receive two flights to Italy, a rental car, and accommodations for two days as the transfer and ownership process takes place. All taxes and legal fees surrounding the home will be paid for by the couple to make the raffle accessible to more people. Additionally, just like the year before $60,000 will be donated to a charity—this time to Braccio di Ferro, an Italian children's hospice support organization.

Information about how to enter the raffle can be found here.
