Iris Apfel Debuts Her "Peculiar" New Jewelry Line

Keeping with her mantra "more is more and less is bore," fashion icon Iris Apfel launched a collection of statement-making jewelry pieces that are sure to tickle your fashionable fancies.

Pegged to the release of Tim Burton's new film, Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children, Apfel's Miss Peregrine Collection features bold, fanciful accessories including a Black Feather Necklace, Black Feather Earrings and a Birdcage Pendant Necklace.

Apfel teamed up with HSN to launch the collection, which also includes a couple of tunics. "The concept for the movie aligns well with my personal perspective on style and life in general," Apfel told People. "I am a big fan of Tim Burton and his work and couldn't pass up an opportunity to be a part of a project of his that celebrates individuality."

The film centers on a group of children who have special (i.e. peculiar) abilities. "Peculiarities should be celebrated and fostered! What's the harm in being different?" the 95-year-old continued.

Apfel's collection is available on HSN now and marks her latest fashion venture after she launched a sock collection with Happy Socks last month.
