Irina Shayk's Abs Are *So* Toned As She Hikes Topless In These IG Pics

Irina Shayk's latest Instagram post is giving everyone some major hiking inspo. The Russian model, 37, shared photos from a topless hike she took lately, where she's posing on rocks and between boulders while rocking tiny black swimsuit bottoms and a top wrapped around her waist. She completed the look with Nike mid-calf socks and hiking shoes.

"ROCKY SUMMER…photos by LB🎼," she captioned the pics. Her fans were all over it. "🔥🔥🔥," one person commented. And another made a joke about her hiking outfit: "It’s always important to wear proper shoes while hiking. 😂."

Irina gets her body super strong with the help of her personal trainer Jason Walsh. Back in 2020, he shared a snap on Instagram of the two posing together and celebrating their many years training together. When she travels, Irina makes sure to get in workouts in her hotel room, she shared with Vogue. And she told Women's Health that some of her favorite workouts include jiu jitsu and barre. Plus, Irina also like to fit in a swim for a full body cardio workout.

Besides working out, Irina is devoted to her sauna and doing cold plunges. "Well, I’m Russian, so I do a Russian sauna at least once or twice a week. It’s different because you get hit by a hot broom, and it opens your pores and cleans your skin," she shared with W Magazine. "Then you jump in a cold plunge and the difference in temperature makes your skin tighter. It’s a Russian ritual that I’ve been doing since I was a kid."

And she preaches about body acceptance. “Usually, you see models on the slimmer side. I had an agency that said, ‘You’re never going to work if you don’t lose 15 pounds,’” she told High Snobiety. “I have boobs and a butt."

In order to make sure that she's fueling herself properly, Irina told WH that she approaches mealtimes with "balance," but also noted that she has a "fast metabolism." And apparently, Irina does all the cooking for herself and her family, per Harper's Bazaar. One of Irina's fave foods? Cake, she told W Magazine.

Also of note: Irina tries to avoid drinking tons of coffee, and instead focuses on hydrating. "I’m trying to stay away from coffee because I think it makes you so dry, especially in the winter. When I wake up, I have a hot glass of water and with lemon, and one cup of coffee and definitely some cake," she added.
