A Star is Born leads Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga arrived to the Oscars separately tonight, but they reunited front and center at the awards ceremony. The duo sat by each other for the show, separated by Irina Shayk, Cooper's girlfriend and mother of his daughter, Lea de Seine. The seating arrangement amused Oscar viewers on Twitter, especially fans shipping an imaginary romance between Cooper and Gaga.

Cooper and Shayk first sparked romance rumors in 2015 and welcomed a child together in 2017. Although the pair is extremely private, tonight's show marked their first Oscar appearance together. (Cooper's mom, Gloria Campano, came along too.)

Gaga, on the other hand, had been with talent agent Christian Carino since early 2017 but recently parted ways and called off their engagement. However, despite the actors' separate relationships, some ASIB fans want to believe Cooper and Gaga's offscreen relationship is more than a friendship.
