  • Ireland Baldwin, 24, showed off her toned abs in red lingerie in a new Instagram.

  • Ireland is the daughter of Kim Basinger and Alec Baldwin and a model.

  • She recently shared her workout routine and opened up about body acceptance.

Ireland Baldwin took to Instagram to show off her new set of red lingerie—and her toned abs. As the daughter of Kim Basinger and Alec Baldwin, the 24-year-old model has good genes, but she also takes the time to exercise for her overall health.

In March, she posted an isolation workout where she attempted to do a series of bodyweight exercises, like push-ups and leg lifts, while her two dogs hilariously interrupted her, per the Daily Mail.

Ireland also improvises a sweat sesh. When she doesn't have access to a gym, she's big on al fresco workouts. "When ya don’t got a gym: 2 mile run, stair variations with sprints and push ups in between," she captioned a since-deleted Instagram video, per the Huffington Post.

While Ireland looks abs-tastic in her latest 'gram, she's come a long way to body acceptance. And now, she's vocal about her healthy lifestyle and finding balance.

In 2018, Ireland revealed that she had overcome a long struggle with anorexia, according to People. "I battled with many eating disorders and body issues as a younger girl and it took me a long time to find self love and acceptance! Trust me, all of that pain and destruction I inflicted on myself wasn’t worth it. Turning down so. Many. Sides. Of. Fries. Wasn’t worth it!!" she wrote over a Stories post of her younger self.

Now, Ireland is all about self-appreciation, telling fans to "love your body. respect your body." Instead of "spending your money on juul pods," she suggested investing in "vitamins and veggies," breathing fresh air outside, getting active, and spending time with loved ones.
