Ioan Gruffudd's 13-Year-Old Provides New Details After Filing Lawsuit Against Dad

Fantastic Four star Ioan Gruffudd's daughter Ella filed a restraining order against both her dad and his girlfriend Bianca Wallace on May 31. On Wednesday, new details were shared about the teen's decision.

According to court documents obtained by The Daily Mail and People, Ella asked for the restraining order to last five years, and requested for it to be extended to her nine-year-old sister Elsie, because she's concerned Bianca will "abuse and/or continue to allow abuse to happen to my sister too."

In the request for a restraining order, Ella detailed an alleged physical altercation with Bianca and recalled having a fight with Ioan because she told him she had no desire to meet his new girlfriend and didn't want to have an overnight stay with Wallace in the home, who lives with Ioan.

The 13-year-old admitted to acting in anger, throwing raw oatmeal at her dad, as well as pouring milk on his bed and mustard on the floor. When the fight escalated, Ella decided to leave the home, but the door was blocked by Bianca.

"I was able to make my way around her, and I opened the door," noted Ella in the document. "I was able to walk halfway out the door, but while I was still in the door frame, [Bianca] slammed the door on me, causing the door to hit me on the head as well as my arm. My arm got bruised, and I had a small bump on my head."

The court documents are said to include photographic evidence of Ella's injuries.

According to Ella, she was able to still leave the home despite her injuries and Ioan chased after her. When she confronted him about Bianca's actions, he allegedly responded, "No she didn't, no she didn't, stop lying." However, her mom Alice Evans saw the bruises and decided to involve the police.

This news comes nearly a year after Ioan was granted a restraining order against Alice, claiming his ex-wife sent threatening messages to Bianca.

Parade has reached out to reps for Ioan but has not heard back.
