I love smoothies but to make one I have to to dig out the blender (it’s in a cabinet because we have no counter space), fire it up, and then disassemble it and wash each part. It feels like more than I can handle, especially in the morning. That’s why I love my little baby BlendQuik. It’s a one-serving mini blender with a handle and a hole for a straw, so I can blend and sip and only have one thing to wash. Plus, there’s no chance of my making too much, or spilling it onto the counter, which I always do when I use a big blender pitcher. The product that changed my family’s life the most this year is my son’s Gabb phone. He was desperate for a phone of his own, and once he started going to and from school by himself, he really did need a way to communicate with me.
