This Intimate Desert Elopement is Boho Goals

Elopements don't get much cooler than this. Maybe it's the beautiful bride in her insanely chic ensemble, the gorg Flora Pop florals + pop-up ceremony trailer (we'll never get over how awesome that is) or the celebratory donuts. Our guess? A sweet combo of all of the above, plus a bevy of stunning images from Jodee Debes. Enjoy perusing all of the Palm Springs-inspired moments, because this one's crazy good, friends.

From Jodee Debes... Lauren and Wes are a graphic design and architecture duo who sought an otherworldly backdrop with vignettes of modern architecture for their intimate elopement. Palm Springs and specifically Joshua Tree hit the spot, so the two escaped their home in Boston and headed westward to make their love official. Lauren wore a gorgeous Sarah Seven top and a Free People skirt to create her dress look, while Wes wore a navy suit and burgundy tie. They wanted a minimalist look with a wabi-sabi feel so they teamed up with Flora Pop to create the experience. Along with providing officiant services, Flora Pop created the bouquet and brought in a pop-up trailer for the reception. During their ceremony, Lauren and Wes took 4 minutes of silence to connect and be present in the moment. After they sealed their marriage with a kiss, they celebrated with beverages, donuts and polaroid pictures. We then ran around the desert and captured them some gorgeous images to commemorate the moment in anticipation to share with friends and family back home the next day. I absolutely adore when couples choose to forgo a traditional ceremony and marry in a way that is unique and personal.
