Internet Reacts to Report That Bill Murray Is Dating Kelis

Bill Murray is raising eyebrows with his reported new flame, who apparently is singer Kelis.
The news first started spreading after The Sun published a story about the pair's rumored romance, including claims that the actor was spotted watching Kelis' performance at the Mighty Hoopla Festival in London last weekend.
An unnamed source also told the outlet that Murray has been showing up to some of the "Milkshake" songstress' other shows, and that the pair have been "getting close for a while."
Ever since it broke, the news has been causing the internet to spiral, considering the nearly 30-year age difference between the duo.

"This wasn't in my bingo card," one surprised fan tweeted, while plenty of others joined in to question the unlikely couple.
"2023 is a wild place," someone else wrote.
But plenty of fans were supportive of the news, including one person who added, "OMG, why is this making me deliriously happy!?"
"Most random pairing ever, but good for them," another wrote.
But of course, the majority of reactions took the opportunity to make endless "Milkshake" jokes and jabs at Murray's age.
"Well she said ALL the boys, not just the younger ones," someone jokingly pointed out.
"Her milkshake brings all the Bills to the yard…" another clever user quipped.
Despite the public's confusion about the news, an insider told The Sun that Murray and Kelis' have been bonding over their respective grief together, as Kelis' second husband Mike Mora died last year, and Murray's ex-wife Jennifer Butler passed away in 2021.
"They’ve also both shared relatively recent bereavements and have that common bond between them," said the source. "Whatever it is that has brought them together, and however unlikely it seems, they are both single and are having fun despite the fairly big age gap."
Both parties have yet to confirm or deny the alleged relationship, but if the reports are in fact true, it's safe to say: the heart wants what the heart wants!
