The Internet Is Accusing Kylie Jenner of Copying Jaclyn Hill for Her New Makeup Collection

Never a dull day in the land of celeb beauty.

Another day, another celebrity drama involving Kylie Jenner. On Tuesday, Jenner released the first images from Kylie Cosmetics' new line, the Weather Collection, which was inspired by the birth of Jenner's newborn daughter, Stormi. The photos feature the celeb showcasing some of the shadows from the new Eye of the Storm palette, which includes moody, metallic shades from deep purple to emerald green.

The shots are undeniably gorgeous (not going to lie, this might just be her best palette yet), but her followers spotted one major problem: They look very, very similar to a recent photo from makeup maven Jaclyn Hill. Naturally, fans took to Twitter to point out the similarities between the looks, pointing to the fact that both women are rocking a metallic smoky eye and delivering some seriously sultry facial expressions.

"@Jaclynhill Kylie is coming for your brand," wrote one user, to which another responded, "I was wondering if I was the only one who instantly thought she looked like Kylie!"

Hill was quick to hop to the reality star's defense, and retweeted the accusation that Jenner had copied her with the caption "LMAO!!"

In a follow-up, Hill said that she's had multiple people @ her to inform her that Jenner was a copycat, which she thinks is totally impossible considering that her photos went up a week ago and Jenner likely shot her campaign images long before that.

Kylie's been accused of copying other influencers in the past: Jeffree Star previously accused her of allegedly ripping off his liquid lipstick packaging for her concealer line. That said, it feels pretty simple to assume this is a mere makeup coincidence. The moral of the story? Metallic smoky eyes are about to be a really popular look for Spring 2018.
