You’ve heard of nachos, and you’ve probably even heard of Irish nachos, but what about cookie nachos? Yep, Insomnia Cookies is bringing back its beloved Cookie Nachos for two weeks this month.

The bakery chain first introduced Cookie Nachos in 2021 as a way to celebrate April 20 (better known as 4/20)—because what satisfies the munchies quite like a pile of cookies? Cookie Nachos are exactly what you’d expect: eight freshly baked cookies layered with toppings, like sprinkles, frosting, and candy.

Since Cookie Nachos inception, Insomnia Cookies has steadily brought back the fan-loved menu item either as a themed item—like the Munchies Style Cookie Nachos, which featured mini chocolate chunk cookies topped with cookie butter, caramel, pretzels, and potato chips—or as a build-your-own item. This month, the Cookie Nachos are coming back as a mix of both.

Insomnia Cookies Launches New Unicorn Cookie Nachos

Insomnia Cookies is offering new Unicorn Cookie Nachos. The Unicorn Cookie Nachos feature eight freshly baked cookies of your choice topped with a blend of “Unicorn Barf” sprinkles, which include colorful sprinkles, unicorn horns, and candy beads, plus two additional toppings of your choice.

The cookies to pick from include any one of Insomnia’s “Classic” cookies. As for toppings, you can choose from chopped M&M’s, chopped Snickers, chopped Reese’s Pieces, brownie bites, cookie dough pieces, galaxy sprinkles, chocolate sauce, and caramel sauce.

Insomnia’s Unicorn Cookie Nachos are available now through Jan. 14, both in-store and online for delivery. The Cookie Nachos start at $19.99, with each additional topping costing $1.00 each.
