Influencers And Creators React To Mean Comments From Mountain Biking Community
It is no surprise that the internet community is not necessarily the nicest out there. Nothing exemplifies that more than the eternal pit of despair that is the YouTube comment section.
I wish I could say mountain bikers were an exception to that rule, unfortunately, this video proves that is not the case. Take a look at these MTB creators reading mean comments left on their videos below.
The bulk of them were thick skinned enough to laugh off most of the mean comments, but some of those jabs were pretty mean and pointed. Appaerntly you need to be tougher than most of us thought to be a mountain biking influencer these days.
The one aimed at C-Bass of NRML MTBer seemed entirely too personal and pointed of an attack. If you don't like the guy's videos, just say you don't like his videos. There's no need to bring his weight into it.
I'd like to believe that the more personally hateful comments weren't from mountain bikers but if they were, we as a sport need to be better than that.
