Influencers are allegedly getting sick at parties hosted by Tana Mongeau, Hype House

Several prominent social media influencers are being accused of spreading coronavirus after allegedly hosting parties where “a lot” of attendees were infected. The accusations, which are currently unproven, specifically target a party hosted by Tana Mongeau sometime around July 25. One alleged attendee, who asked to remain anonymous, shared their experience in a Twitter message to comedian Dennis Feitosa. “A few people I know who were there tested positive right after … I don’t know how many people in her house tested positive after, but I do know some of them did”. The influencer said they knew of several attendees who “continued to go out” after testing positive. Mongeau has since apologized for hosting the party, calling it a “careless and irresponsible action”. Several other influencers have come under fire for hosting large gatherings in recent weeks. On July 11, Jake Paul hosted a party at his home, which was attended by Mongeau and other influencers like Bryce Hall and Arman Izadi. Insider also confirmed a similar party at the Hype House on July 21, which was attended by internet celebrities like Mongeau, Nikita Dragun, James Charles and Charli and Dixie D’Amelio
