The 'Incredibly Dangerous' Aldi Snack Fans Are Calling at ‘15/10'

ALDI

When it comes to delicious snacks at an affordable price, Aldi rarely misses the mark. The popular German-owned grocery chain has made it their bread and butter to offer its loyal customers a taste of their favorite flavors at a fraction of the cost compared to some of the big box name brands.

When shopping at Aldi for the first time, you will likely not recognize most of the brand names on display throughout the store. However, these in-house brands are just as good as any other competitor out there, which is why Aldi has an army of returning customers ready to find the latest hot item to take home and try out.

Recently, one Aldi customer quickly took to Reddit to spread the word of Aldi’s latest hot find, Clancy’s Lattice Cut Aged Cheddar and Black Pepper Flavored Kettle Chips. The 7-ounce bag retails for $2.49, and even though it has been described as lacking in the quantity department, the author of the post shared to the Aldi subreddit admitted it just means they are “justified in buying more.”

“Someone please stop me from eating the entire bag,” the loyal Aldi shopper wrote. Another customer chimed in with a solution for those who have the urge to devour an entire bag in one sitting, suggesting they “Buy two bags. Eat one in the parking lot and take the other home for the family.”

It’s quick thinking like this that we all need in our lives when we find ourselves in our cars, still parked in the Aldi parking lot, with a bag of chips in hand and nearly half the bag already gone. Purchasing two bags of any fan-favorite snack is always going to be the right move, especially when it means you’ll only be spending $5.

For those on the fence as to whether or not they will enjoy the latest popular chip offering from Aldi, one customer posed a pretty helpful comparison. “We do like Lay’s Poppables, which is what these reminded me of,” they continued, stating that the Clancy’s bag is a “larger bag size” for “less money.” In the end, $2.49 is an easy buy no matter which way you look at it and it’s always fun to try something new.
