If you're a home chef, you've heard of Le Creuset — or maybe you've seen Ina Garten using it on reruns of Barefoot Contessa. The Food Network chef has admitted to being a fan, even sharing on her website that she uses "the Le Creuset #26 Dutch oven more often than everything else. It's great for soups, stews and braising."

It's no surprise that she loves it, either. Le Creuset launched in 1925 with its flame-colored, enameled, cast-iron cocotte. Since then, the company has been a favorite among amateur and professional chefs alike: It’s made its way onto the list of Oprah’s Favorite Things several times over the years, and even Julia Child is said to have been a fan!

Plus, all Le Creuset pieces come with a lifetime warranty, so you know it’s going to last you a while — which is important because most of its cookware comes with a pretty hefty price tag. Luckily, you can save some money on Ina's favorite pot and more during the Le Creuset Winter Savings Event. You can get up to 50% off! But act fast, select colors are selling out fast. (If you want to copy Ina, she seemingly loves the neutral color, Dune, as seen on her oven in this Instagram post.)

Ah, the signature Round Dutch Oven... It was one of Le Creuset's first products, and today, a whopping 93% of reviewers on Le Creuset’s website give it five out of five stars.

“I inherited a turquoise oval Le Creuset Dutch Oven from my stepdad [that] he bought around 1970,” wrote one reviewer. “I remember him making beef bourguignon around that time. It wasn’t used a lot, but as you can imagine, over 50 years, it did get some wear. It’s still going. What other pan can you say that about? I’m not a professional chef, but I love to cook and my family is still using this pot.”

Note: The #26 Dutch oven Ina refers to is the 5 1/2-quart size, but right now, only the light pink color is on sale (for $126 off!) in that one. If you prefer a different color, like this neutral Oyster gray (now $117 off, go up or down a size.
