Ina Garten is two things (among many others): my personal hero and the queen of decadence. This is why it’s no surprise that her Oscars viewing party is going to be as over the top as my love for her. The 92nd Academy Awards will air this Sunday at 8 pm EST and thanks to Instagram, we know exactly how our favorite culinary goddess will be celebrating.

First, Ina will be sipping on a Raspberry Royale as she watches the stars walk the red carpet. This fruity cocktail is simple to make and only requires three ingredients: raspberry liqueur, fresh raspberries and Champagne. How easy is that? Ina also mentions she will be dressing up for the occasion and I am praying to the food gods that she posts pictures of herself and Jeffrey all decked out for the party.

Ina loves chocolate just as much as we do so next, she will be making her famous Chocolate Cassis Cake. Ina has plenty of easy recipes for lazy Sundays, but this isn’t one of them. Her go-to chocolate cake recipe will take a bit of time and some semi-advanced baking skills but the payoff is worth it. And as Ina mentions on Instagram, it can easily be tweaked to be totally gluten-free.
