Ina Garten’s Next Cookbook Finally Has a Name and Release Date and We’re Counting Down the Days
Ina Garten is blessing our kitchens and our bookshelves once again with yet another cookbook. We can barely keep up, but will definitely be preordering because, well, this is Ina we're talking about. The cookbook's name and release date is finally public, and Modern Comfort Food will be out in October 2020. Mark your calendars!

This will be the twelfth cookbook under Ina's belt and will feature 85 new recipes. The publisher, Penguin Random House, has information about the cookbook posted on its site, but the cover has not yet been revealed. According to the bio, some of the recipes are inspired by childhood favorites. Foods like Cheddar and Chutney Grilled Cheese sandwiches and Smashed Hamburgers with Caramelized Onions will be included.
We know that Ina loves to help us be the hostess with the mostest, so the book will also have dishes meant for bigger crowds like Cheesy Chicken Enchiladas and Roasted Sausages, Peppers, and Onion. If these savory foods have you thinking about dessert, no need to worry because Ina is sharing her Boston Cream Pie and Black and White cookies recipes. Not to mention, Modern Comfort Food will have cocktails suggestions, too!
Modern Comfort Food will be officially released on October 27, so you still have a few months of anticipation left. In the meantime, you might as well perfect recipes from her classics like Make It Ahead and Barefoot Contessa Back to Basics. No worries, though, you can already preorder Modern Comfort Food to ensure you get your hands on a copy as soon as they come out.
