Ina Garten Made A Super Sweet Birthday Post For Her Husband Jeffrey

If you need more proof that Ina and Jeffrey Garten are the cutest couple to ever exist, Ina is here to give you some. She made an adorable Instagram post for Jeffery’s 74th birthday that’ll make you feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

"Happy Birthday to the sweetest, kindest, smartest, most fun hubby ever! No one I’d rather be quarantined with!! 💋💋💋,” Ina wrote in the caption of a post. For the photo, she chose one of Jeffrey wearing sunglasses that she took at what seems to be an outdoor table at a restaurant. If you look closely at the reflection in his sunglasses, you can even see her taking it!

The couple has been together for more than 50 years now, having tied the knot in 1968. They first met in 1963 when Ina was 15 and visited her brother at Dartmouth College, which also happens to be where Jeffrey was a student. They’re clearly still going strong today. Ina recently spoke to People about how she feels like she has prepared her whole life to be quarantined with Jeffrey. They've spent more time together in the past few months while social distancing during the pandemic than they have since the ‘70s. We love a good silver lining in a rather stressful year!

In any case, happy belated birthday Jeffrey! We stan and hope you and Ina celebrated with giant quarantine cocktails. Or, at the very least, enjoyed a comforting meal from Ina's new cookbook.
