With Valentine’s Day just around the corner, you may be in the throes of planning a special date-night in for your special someone. If so, keep your focus on dinner — Ina Garten will handle dessert. Garten is selling her famous Coconut Cake through Goldbelly, which means you can serve a gourmet dessert without having to stress bake for hours ahead of time.

Garten shared a video of herself cutting into her favorite confection back in December and you can see just how moist it is. She likes to make a fresh raspberry sauce to go along with the cream cheese-frosted cake to add a bit of tang to cut through the sweetness. “It’s the perfect mix of light and refreshing and rich and decadent that will hit the spot after a ham or turkey dinner,” she wrote in the caption of her post. It will hit the spot after a Valentine’s Day dinner, too.

And although you can’t beat having the entire house smell like coconut and vanilla, sometimes you just don’t have the bandwidth to bake a cake from scratch. So, Garten recommends picking up one of her Coconut Cakes from Goldbelly and tasking yourself to make the raspberry sauce at home.

“You can order one from @goldbelly and just make the easy raspberry sauce,” she wrote in the caption of the above post, adding, “No one will even know you didn’t bake the cake yourself!” It also ships nationwide, so you can mail it to loved ones far from home this time of year.

The cake comes in two sizes (6-inch or 8-inch) and comes packed frozen in dry ice. You can schedule your delivery through the Goldbelly website so the cake can arrive ahead of Valentine’s Day dinner with plenty of time to thaw.

But, if you’re feeling fancy, you can tackle the Barefoot Contessa’s Coconut Cake on your own following her recipe. It calls for common cake ingredients like confectioners’ sugar and vanilla extract, as well as shredded coconut. Mix the ingredients with the paddle attachment on an electric mixer, folding in the coconut at the very end.

The cake is baked in two round pans and is then stacked together with homemade icing. After it’s decorated, serve with raspberry sauce to dip it in for an added flavor boost that takes the whole dessert to another level!

This cake is so good that it might turn into a Valentine’s Day tradition.
