Ina and Jeffrey Garten are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary this year, so it's safe to say they've got things like Valentine's Day (and the secret to never fighting) down to a T. Lucky for us, Ina loves to share her holiday secrets.

In a recent blog post, the Barefoot Contessa told fans what she's planning for Jeffrey. They're doing dinner at home, which comes as no surprise given Garten's skills in the kitchen. "For me, a home-cooked meal is the best way to say 'I love you!'," she wrote.

While she didn't say what the main course will be, dessert sounds pretty amazing. Garten is whipping up a Coeur a La Creme With Raspberries, which looks and sounds pretty fancy, but actually seems fairly simple to make.

"I'll whip it up (literally!) the day before and then serve it cold from the fridge after dinner," she wrote.

The mousse-like dessert is made with cream cheese, sugar, and heavy cream. She makes it in a heart-shaped mold, of course, and tops it with a raspberry sauce (with a bit of framboise liqueur in it!). Boozy desserts are the best desserts.

Hopefully Jeffrey doesn't read Ina's blog, but either way, she's pretty confident he'll be pleased. She ended her post by saying, "I have a feeling my valentine is going to be very happy!!"
