I shouldn't expose myself like this, but I'm a terrible shopping companion. If you're deciding between two items, I'll tell you to get both. If you're on the fence about something, I'll knock you right off. And I can guarantee, it's nearly impossible to leave a store without something when you're with me.

Whenever anyone teases me about this, I always remind them it's not just my passion but my profession. I write about the best fashion out there for a living. So is Black Friday basically like my Super Bowl? Yeah. Yeah, it is.

And I'm always rooting for Nordstrom. Every year Nordstrom provides one of the biggest Black Friday blowouts there is, and this year there are over 37,000 deals, with more discounts being added daily, and prices start at just $3.

Naturally I have thoughts about all of the amazing pieces on sale, and have gone ahead and narrowed it down to the absolute nine best deals. From a Tory Burch tote to the coziest Kenzo sweater, here's what I can't resist shopping.

Levi's Wedgie Icon Fit High Waisted Jeans

Levi's are no doubt a classic, but they're something I have a little bit of trouble justifying buying new because I love to thrift them instead. Of course thrifting takes tons of time, and usually a couple hundred dollars for a solid pair of 501s. These iconic wedgie jeans are too good to pass up because they're the retro look you normally have to search hours to find. They're also a perfect staple denim style for your rotation, and at only $54, there's nothing to regret.

Big bags are in right now. Amal Clooney, Ashley Olsen, and Katie Holmes all said so. That's great because that means practicality is basically trendy too. You no longer have to worry about carrying a small microbag for aesthetics along with tons of other tote bags for your other belongings. Tory Burch makes some of the best leather totes on the market, with so many compartments for anything and everything.

Sam Edelman Larina Waterproof Knee High Platform Boot

Chunky boots will have my heart forever. I've loved them since before they were cool, and I'll love them long after they're a trend. Sometimes that backfires because I'll wear my favorite pairs everywhere and anywhere. That's where these Sam Edelman platforms come in. They're so cute I want to wear them with every dress in my wardrobe, but thankfully they're also waterproof so I don't have to pay attention to the weather forecast.

Kenzo Stripe Crewneck Sweater

Somehow sweater weather comes around every year, as expected, and I am never prepared. I never ever have enough sweaters, but maybe that's because one can truly never have enough sweaters. I adamantly believe in investing in high-quality sweaters — they really are superior and nothing can compare. This Kenzo one is the grunge stripe crewneck of my dreams, and finding Kenzo on sale isn't easy.

Stella McCartney Trace Faux Fur Clog

I'm all about the clog trend, and Reese Witherspoon has influenced me to buy a pair of Swedish Hasbeens. My style is naturally a little bit more adventurous though, and these Stella McCartney clogs are so ridiculous, I can't help but feel that I need them. They're like if the inside of an Ugg boot had a baby with a Croc clog. What's not to love?

Marc Fisher Morgan Chelsea Boot

But at the end of the day, a Chelsea boot is what everyone really needs. There's no other boot out there that just looks good with anything. There are tons of options out there right now, from Prada to Ganni, that are pretty pricey, but these Marc Fisher ones are a great designer dupe. Not only were they affordable in the first place, but they're even more affordable now for under $150.

Tory Burch Jessa Mule

Tory Burch not only makes a mean tote bag, but the perfect mule (which of course will look great with a tote bag). If you've been yearning for some Gucci loafers, these Jessa mules are a solid alternative that's still luxe and designer for a major fraction of the price.

Free People My Only Sunshine Sweater

While I stand by my statement that luxury sweaters are always worth the splurge, Free People is one of the only brands out there that makes a great sweater for under $200. This My Only Sunshine sweater is a winter must-have, and it's only $60. So yes, I'll be buying one in all four colors.

Free People FP Movement Nantucket Fleece Half Zip Pullover

But because I don't know the first thing about restraint, I also have this Free People pullover in my cart. It's perfect for those mornings where the weather is almost cold enough to stop me from waking up in the morning to go to my workout class. But I want to wear this pullover sweater over everything to motivate me to get out of bed at 7 a.m..
