But a common misconception about them is that, because they only have one strap, they're much less supportive than a high-impact sports bra. That may be true with some styles, but the editors at Women's Health, along with a solid group of outside testers, have solidified a list of options that not only look cute, but hold the girls in place during exercise, too.
