  • The 54-year-old actress recently launched a wellness brand called Stripes, which is focused on helping women experiencing menopause symptoms.

  • Naomi also shared her fave products in her a.m. and p.m. skincare routines that keep her feeling fresh and hydrated 24/7.

Menopause awareness day was Oct. 18, and Naomi Watts celebrated with the most stunning, natural, and makeup-free Instagram video of all time.

The Watcher actress created a line of perimenopause and menopause solutions, called Stripes, filled with products ranging "from scalp to vag," their IG bio reads.

The company created serums, lotions, and other skincare products "that help people navigate and mitigate the natural transitions that occur before, during, and after menopause," the site reads. "Growing older is a privilege that we both nurture and celebrate."

"We started this to say to women that this is not the end, this is a natural phase of life," the 54-year-old celeb said in the video while flaunting her clear, dewy complexion.

Naomi was inspired to create the line because "early menopause caught me off guard. I didn’t know what was happening to me and I had to dig through a lot of confusing information and emotions for answers," she said on the site.

Stripes also provides resources, or "menoguides," to fill in the information gap about the inevitable bodily transition in a woman's life.

Naomi told Today that she was shocked by her symptoms. "I heard about hot flashes, I heard about night sweats but I hadn't really heard about things like migraines. I certainly hadn't heard about skin issues."

The actress explained the dry, irritable, and itchy skin that she struggled with daily and recommended a product to solve the discomfort. "I really am in love with the serum, which is called The Power Move," she told Today. "It's such a powerful product that's just jam-packed with super hydrating ingredients."

The solution contains mushroom extract and five different versions of hyaluronic acid, in addition to a combination of squalane and Ectoine, "which not only nourishes the skin barrier, but it strengthens as well and it really locks in the moisture," Naomi added.

Naomi has also said her solutions are made from sustainably sourced ingredients that are good for both humans and the planet.

Aside from her own company's products, Naomi previously shared her go-to skincare routine. “In the morning, I moisturize with a cream, serum, and a face mist. I love Dr. Alkaitis Organic Day Cream mixed with Vintner’s Daughter’s Botanical Serum," she shared with W Magazine in 2020.

"First, I mist with Tammy Fender’s Bulgarian Rose Water to open up my skin. I love rose, and it's very calming for the skin. It also preps my skin to receive the serum and cream more effectively." She mixes the cream and the oil for an extra hydration boost.

"In the evening, I like to double cleanse. First, I use De Mamiel’s Pure Calm Cleansing Dew, which is an oil cleanser. It removes all the makeup and impurities from the day. Then I use a cream cleanser. I love Tammy Fender’s Cleansing Milk," Naomi told W Magazine.

But the celeb reminds her fans that "all of these self-care routines are about looking and feeling your best. Sometimes that means not taking it all too seriously. Routines and rituals have their place, but it’s most important to be yourself and have fun," she told W Magazine. Love that mentality!
