Idris Elba Marries Sabrina Dhowre in Morocco Wedding: See the First Photos
Grab the tissues. Idris Elba is a married man. The actor wed Sabrina Dhowre in Morocco this weekend at the Ksar Char Bath hotel, a luxury property in Marrakesh.
For the ceremony, Elba emerged in a black suit by Oswald Boateng, according to British Vogue. Dhowre looked resplendent in a custom Vera Wang gown, which she later swapped for another one-of-a-kind look by the same designer.

A few days after the wedding, Dhowre shared a slideshow with a few highlights from the ceremony. “The best day of my life,” she expressed. “Thank you to everyone who helped make it so special.”
The couple got engaged in February 2018. “Baby! I can’t tell you enough how happy you make me and how lucky I feel to have found a love like this,” Dhowre wrote on Instagram at the time. “You make my heart feel so full. I love you. Forever will always feel [too] short. #imsuchacheeseball @idriselba.”
The couple first met on the set of the film The Mountain Between Us. This is the third marriage for Elba.
