It's official: We have a new Roxie Hart, folks! Fresh off of her iconic stint on Dancing with the Stars—where she came in third place to Jason Mraz and Daniella Karagach and winning duo Xochitl Gomez and Val Chmerkovskiy—, Ariana Madix revealed the exciting news that she'll be making her Broadway debut as the lead actor in Chicago.

"It's just the biggest dream come true," the reality TV star gushed during her morning segment on Live with Kelly and Mark where she first opened up about the news. "I cannot believe this is real life. I'm going to cry."

It was a bittersweet announcement given that the cohosts initially began the discussion by revealing that after college, the Vanderpump Rules star (and theatre degree holder!) moved to New York City, where she'd always dreamt of being on Broadway. Tear ducts = activated.

And if that wasn't enough, the Chicago musical Instagram account posted celebratory content confirming the announcement with a black-and-white image of Ariana alongside the caption, "We’re Vander-pumped! @dancingwiththestars finalist @arianamadix joins the cast of Broadway’s longest-running musical on January 29 for 8 weeks only!"

The reality tv star also posted about the casting on her own socials:

The eight-week limited engagement is set to begin on January 29 and end on March 24 at the Ambassador Theatre and is just another impressive addition to Ariana's remarkable 2023 résumé, which also includes her time on DWTS; her newly-released book, Single AF Cocktails: Drinks for Bad B*tches (it legit came out yesterday!); her guest appearance on Love Island; and the opening of her highly-anticipated sandwich shop with business partner (and Vanderpump Rules costar) Katie Maloney called Something About Her.

Btw, Ariana will follow in the footsteps of an iconic line of Bravo stars who have taken their turns as Roxie in the show, including Real Housewives of Beverly Hills castmembers Erika Girardi and Lisa Rinna as well as Real Housewives of Atlanta stars Kandi Burrus and NeNe Leakes.

TL;DR: You know how the Vanderpump Rules song goes "These are the best days of our lives?" Yah, that's legit Ariana's whole vibe rn and we couldn't be happier for her. 🥺❤️
