ANDREW CEBULKA

The Dewberry partnered with Schumacher, one of House Beautiful's favorites for quality eye-catching textiles and wallpapers, to decorate their hotel in festive, mid-century fashion. This bow-crowned fir tree serves as a celebration of the seasons and plays well with touches of Schumacher fabrics dotting the living room area, custom trimmings, and a limited-edition, seasonal cocktail inspired by the décor. (Just imagine taking the view with a drink in hand and "The Christmas Song" playing softly in the background.) The tree design leans traditional with the color scheme which is fitting given Schumacher's rich history. Founded in 1889, Schumacher is one of the world’s premier family-owned design companies with its fabrics, wallpapers, trims, and more found in homes and favorite spaces worldwide.

Claridge's Hotel

For travel lovers and fashion fanatics, this tree designed by Louis Vuitton, a longtime friend of Claridge's Hotel, is a showstopper. Both companies were founded in 1854 and have stood as a staple in the intersection of luxury style and hospitality. The pair have a closer connection: In the 1850s Monsieur Louis Vuitton packed the trunks of esteemed guest, Empress Eugénie, wife of Napoleon III for her stay at the Claridge! To honor this legacy of excellence, Claridge’s welcomed Louis Vuitton to reinterpret the tree in its own distinctive style. This innovative, sculptural tree stacks two generously sized Malles Vestiaire or ‘Wardrobe Trunks’ towering on top of each other. Each iconic trunk is covered with precious Claridge’s travel stickers of and an oversized Louis Vuitton luggage tag. It's a witty display that is guaranteed to bring a smile to your face. Within the tree, visitors can admire 15 vertically placed chrome repurposed trunks of varying heights to mimic the silhouette of a traditional Christmas tree with art deco flair. Covered in 21 Louis Vuitton Vivienne mascots, this tree is not topped with a star. Instead, it's crowned with a reproduction of Asnières, the historic Louis Vuitton family home, and atelier.

Designed by influential British artist and sculptor Dame Rachel Whiteread, this impressive British-sourced Premier Nordmann tree stands 31 feet tall on Carlos Place and is covered with 102 circular neon white hoops, dazzling the streets of Mayfair with light. Whiteread has sought to incorporate circles of light into this year’s design to uplift Londoners with a feeling of togetherness and circles of positive brightness throughout the festive season. She commonly uses circular motifs in her artistic practice and this tree is no exception, highlighting a symbol of hope this holiday season.

The Caldera House x Lela Rose 2023 Christmas Tree draws inspiration from Rose's Resort 2024 collection. The designer has a natural connection to the boutique hotel and mountaintop destination; she has a home in Jackson Hole, and a flagship in Wyoming that she debuted earlier this year. In designing the tree, she showcased the year's top trend for holiday decorating—refined bows. This fairytale-worthy design combines her latest collection and vintage bells for a traditional twist.
