Horror movie obsessives, listen up: The home of Jamie Lee Curtis’s character in Halloween is on the market for nearly $1.8 million. Located in South Pasadena, California, the charming triplex is full of potential—as long as you don't believe in the ghosts of horror films past.

In the beloved 1978 thriller, the house portrays the fictional Haddonfield, Illinois, residence where Jamie Lee Curtis’s character Laurie Strode once lived. It can be spotted during a scene in which Curtis is holding a pumpkin while sitting on a front lawn retaining wall.

According to the listing—which is held by Heidi T. Babcock and Andrea (Drea) Marcum-Valentine of EXP of Greater Los Angeles—the property is separated into three units with the possibility of turning the garage into a fourth unit. Built in 1906, the home has been in the same family for multiple generations. They added a second structure over the garage in 1948. The interiors are a bit dated when it comes to appliances and finishes, but some plank wood flooring, built-ins, and pocket doors add character. A few funky rooms such as an ocean-themed kitchen and pink bathroom bring unexpected playfulness.

On the property, there’s also a shared back patio that's perfect for hosting outdoor soirées and a nice front porch for al fresco breakfasts. Better yet, the land features a fruit-bearing avocado tree that was planted by the sellers' grandfather in the 1940s.

As far as the location goes, the listing description touts the 2,640-square-foot structure as being in the "walker's paradise" that is "the heart of the Library/Mission West district." There's plenty to do here besides re-enacting scenes from the movie. A few blocks away, an old school is being turned into a multi-use property to include shops, restaurants, and a live music venue. There's also an award-winning farmer's market nearby along with a library and senior center.
