The TV actor says the publication is making up 'drama outta thin air.'

Ice-T was just informed of some "news" that really surprised him, as the National Enquirer claimed that he and his fellow Law & Order cast member Christopher Meloni were feuding.

Well, this was the first Ice-T and Meloni had heard of this supposed "feud," leading the two to clear up the confusion on social media.

Meloni posted on the situation first, sharing a screenshot of the email the National Enquirer sent Ice-T.

It said, "To Whom It May Concern: The National ENQUIRER is preparing to publish a story reporting actors Ice-T and Christopher Meloni are feuding since the latter's return to the franchise."

The email continued, saying, "Sources told The ENQUIRER that the former rapper has grown envious of the attention that Mr. Meloni has received since coming back."

The message concluded by asking the addressee to send any comments to the publication. But instead, Ice-T simply forwarded the email to Meloni to notify him of the rumors.

Meloni tweeted, "So…⁦@FINALLEVEL was sent this. He was kind enough to let me know we were feuding."

Ice-T then re-tweeted Meloni's tweet, slamming the publication for spreading rumors.

He wrote, "Just sent this email over to my guy @Chris_Meloni Clownass MFs trying to make up Drama outta thin air... WOW... MFs are really on that BS."

Many voiced their support for the actors in the comments, dismissing the National Enquirer's unfounded claims.

One person wrote, "Brother people have nothing better to do. Both of you two are at the top of your game."

Others suggested the two actors lean into the fake feud and have some fun with it, with one writing, "Maybe y’all should do a fight for charity! Rap battle?"

Ice-T has played Detective Odafin 'Fin' Tutuola, now a sergeant, in Law & Order: Special Victims Unit since 2000, appearing in over 500 episodes so far.

Meloni starred in Law & Order: SVU from Season 1 to Season 12, taking a break before returning to the franchise in 2021. Now he appears in both Law & Order: SVU and the new spin-off, Law & Order: Organized Crime.
