This strawberry crunch ice cream cake looks beautiful and tastes even better! To make it, mix flour, baking powder, butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, red food coloring and buttermilk. Bake the batter in two cake tins at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 minutes, and set them aside to cool. Then spread vanilla and strawberry ice cream in two separate cake tins. To assemble the cake, layer the cakes and ice cream. Then coat with vanilla buttercream frosting. Top with strawberry crunch crumbles, fresh strawberries, wafer cookies and a golden Oreo.

2. Deep-fried ice cream cake pops
These deep-fried ice cream cake pops are fried on the outside and filled with delicious ice cream on the inside. To make them, scoop vanilla ice cream into small balls and place them on sticks. Then crush vanilla cookies, and roll the ice cream in the cookie crumbs. Dip the ice cream in a mixture of egg and milk. Then roll in cookie crumbs one more time before frying them in oil. Top with homemade meringue, and finish the ice cream cake pops by lightly torching them.
3. Ice cream sandwich ice cream cake
This creative ice cream cake is made out of store-bought ice cream sandwiches! Start by placing store-bought ice cream sandwiches in a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Then top with peanut butter ice cream and chocolate sauce. Add a second layer of ice cream sandwiches. Then top with Cool Whip, Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and peanut butter chocolate sauce. Freeze the cake for at least four hours before enjoying!
4. Chocolate cookie dough ice cream cake
This chocolate cookie dough ice cream cake is perfect for chocolate-lovers! Start by lining a cake tin with cling wrap. Then add a layer of chocolate ice cream, followed by chocolate fudge sauce, cookie dough pieces and vanilla ice cream. Cover the cake and freeze it for at least 30 minutes. Meanwhile, mix heavy cream, icing sugar and vanilla extract to make a frosting. Add the frosting to the cake, decorate with rainbow sprinkles, and dig in!
5. Easy two-layer Oreo ice cream cake
This two-layer ice cream cake is easy to make and so delicious! Simply line a baking pan with parchment paper, and fill it with Oreo ice cream. Then bake a store-bought cake, and top it with the Oreo ice cream, whipped cream and sprinkles. Freeze the cake and then serve it!
