Husky Puppies Waking Up From Their Nap at Alaska Shelter Are Just Irresistible

They couldn't be any more precious.

Waking up from a nap rarely feels as good as lying down to fall asleep, but things can be especially difficult when waking up in the shelter. Luckily, these two Alaskan Husky puppies have each other for company and comfort. These siblings also have kind volunteers--like the person behind the @anchorageanimalcare TikTok account-- to love on them.

Hopefully, the shelter feels a lot less scary with someone there to pet them and keep them company. We're sure they'll be adopted in no time, but until then--these irresistible pups are still cared for and loved.

OMG, look at those precious babies! They looked like little angels cuddled up together, but the video got cuter and cuter as the sleepy pups woke up. "Omg they are babies," said @patriciamacdonald1. "My heart. They deserve a happy home." They really do! They have so many years of life ahead of them, and they should be spent surrounded by all of the love.

We 100% understand where @villansvexation is coming from when they said, "I don't need another malamute. I don't need another malamute." There's nothing like a pair of shelter puppies to tempt you! Though the verdict is still out on these siblings' exact breed--@pocketfulofsunny528 also noticed that "they look a lot like malamute puppies over huskies"-- these sled dogs have many commenters thinking about rescuing a new friend.

"Awww the babies! They have to be adopted together," wrote @crisc69. That could be a dream come true, especially if these two are bonded. Like @guhrays said, though, "if anyone adopts these two together, please give them info on littermate syndrome so they can take steps to prevent it." With some planning, effort, and love, these two puppies are going to thrive!
