Hunter Schafer does not miss on the red carpet. In the past few weeks, the Euphoria star has kept us on our toes, pulling out looks from recent showstopping runways and vintage racks thanks to the help of her stylist, Dara. Now, the actor has done it again with her ’fit for the Vanities: A Night for Young Hollywood event, hosted by Vanity Fair and Instagram.

Schafer arrived to Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles wearing a shimmering two-piece pulled from Prada’s Spring/Summer 2013 Ready-to-Wear collection. The pistachio-colored design looked like a piece of origami art thanks to the intricate folds of fabric that formed the ensemble. The top was essentially a satin shawl, where the two sides were crossed over each other to create a V-shaped neckline that hung off the shoulders. Meanwhile, the sleeves were pinched and stitched to a higher part of the dress, a detail which created an unexpected angle along the arms, as opposed to just letting them hang naturally. On the front, a matching panel of fabric was added, like a patch, and it featured an ivory flower embroidered on it.

The coordinating skirt was lengthened from how it originally appeared on the runway, but it retained all of its other original elements. There were square pockets on the front and the back that were embroidered with giant metallic flowers to match the blossom up top. Meanwhile, there was a large slit up the side, since the skirt was held together with just a single satin strap.

Schafer kept the focus on the dress by going sans jewelry, and she wore a pair of white pumps that matched the floral accoutrements. For beauty, she tied her hair back in a tight bun, and she wore a subtle pink lipstick. Talk about a seriously artistic look.
