Hugh Jackman Shares New Video of Him Getting Wolverine Ready

Hugh Jackman is training hard as he prepares to return as Wolverine in Deadpool 3.

The Academy Award nominee shared a video to his social media with the caption, "No days off - except tomorrow. #belcomingwolverineagain" and tagged personal trainer Beth Lewis.

With a drastically improved suit and new biceps to match, Jackman is ready to roll as Wolverine joins the "merc with a mouth" in the third instalment of the Deadpool film franchise.

He joins Ryan Reynolds, Matthew Macfadyen, Emma Corrin, Morena Baccarin, Rob Delaney, Shioli Kutsuna, Karan Soni, Leslie Uggams and Jennifer Garner in the film that Reynolds has pleaded with fans to stop spoiling.

Jackman and Reynolds have shared the screen before, however, in the 2009 X-Men Origins: Wolverine. Fans said that version of Deadpool was far removed from the source material, so in response, Marvel had Deadpool revisit that narrative and kill his old self in front of Wolverine.

This will be the first time audiences will see a comic-accurate Deadpool in a movie with Wolverine.

Fans have been buzzing about the duo teaming up for this third instalment since images leaked of Hugh Jackman in the yellow suit from the comic.
