Men’s Fashion Week has officially kicked off in Paris!

French luxury fashion house Kenzo decided to shake things up a bit by sending a few ladies down the runway in graphic white eyeliner, confirming that wearing white after Labor Day is OK.

Models sported thick stripes of white pigment across each eyelid, faux freckles, rose-colored blush, and pastel pink lips.

Makeup artist Lynsey Alexander worked with MAC Cosmetics to create this look. Highlighting her latest runway masterpiece on Instagram, she wrote: “Beautiful Raw Eco Warriors tonight for Kenzo @franburns @anthonyturnerhair & Me with @maccosmetics #freckles #paint #flush #brows #maccosmetics @kenzo.”

Kenzo’s runway show included women with all different skin tones, and the stark white eye makeup was surprisingly flattering on each model.

While many people are afraid to wear white after Labor Day, this take on the classic trend will give anyone the confidence to step outside their comfort zone.

Here are three editor-approved beauty picks to copy Kenzo’s cool winter-white eye makeup:

1. MAC Cosmetics Eye Shadow in Gesso ($16) is a vibrant matte hue that stays in place all day long.

2. Maybelline Eye Studio Color Tattoo 24HR Eyeshadow ($6) is an amazing cream-based option that glides beautifully onto skin.

3. Stila Stay All Day Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner ($22) allows you to easily control how much color you’d like to apply.
