3 Sequined Looks For Shimmying the Night Away
We’ve turned the Christmas corner and are now heading toward the home stretch — New Year’s Eve! There is much to celebrate this year, so why not go all out looking your best sparkly self? In this edition of “3 Ways,” stylist Derek Nguyen shows you why sequins are always a good option to add an extra bit of oomph to your ensemble, and how they work for everybody, no matter what shape or size.
Got a vintage sequin skirt? Pair it with a moto jacket and tennis sneaks for a cool and low-key twist. Or switch things up and wear a sequined version of a traditional top like a Breton. More of a denim gal? Throw on a sequined jacket and you’ll be ready to head out the door in no time. The bottom line is, whether you want to get dressed up or are planning a more casual look, these shiny beads will enhance your already sparkly self.
