The wait is nearly over.

Season 13 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is *finally* set to premiere later this month—October 25, 2023—and there are plenty of deets and spoilers to unpack until then.

Case in point: a new trailer just dropped. No surprise that this season will be full of drama and fans are looking forward to getting some new deets on Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky's separation.

Last season was pretty controversial. For a quick refresh: Erika Jane accused Kathy Hilton of using a slur on their trip to Aspen, Diana Jenkins attended the reunion virtually after she contracted COVID-19, and Kyle and Kathy fought post-reunion. Yeah. It was a lot. But somehow, I feel this season just might top it.

WH has all the info to know so far.

Here’s what you need to know about RHOBH season 13:

Is there a trailer?

Oh, yeah. A trailer just dropped for the latest season—and the drah-ma looks so juicy. So far, it seems Kyle Richards' and Mauricio Umansky's separation will be put under the Real Housewives' microscope.

For context, the couple has been officially separate for a few months, and are trying to figure out what their future holds. It's looking rocky, per PEOPLE. See what's to come for yourself:

Who's joining RHOBH?

There's a brand new and a returning face to the RHOBH franchise.

First, with Lisa Rinna out of the picture, Denise Richards found the vibes solid enough to return. ICYMI, Denise left the show three years ago after two seasons, per Variety.

What's more, Kyle Richards' friend, AnneMarie Wiley, will also be joining the cast.

While RHOBH fans will be familiar Denise, AnneMarie is sure to cause a stir. The new cast member is married to former NFL player Marcus Wiley, and the pair have four children together.

BTW, AnneMarie isn't just a housewife, either. She works as a nurse anesthetist and plays part-time fitness influencer, per her Instagram.

Who isn't returning to RHOBH?

Lisa Rinna, Diana Jenkins, and Kathy Hilton will not be returning.

After joining the franchise during the fifth season in 2014, Lisa is departing.

With her contract expired, she and Bravo made the decision for her not to return, according to PEOPLE. (But TBH, her departure felt like a long time coming for a lot of fans, since many didn’t really like her on the show anymore.)

"This is the longest job I have held in my 35-year career and I am grateful to everyone at Bravo and all those involved in the series," she told the outlet in a statement. "It has been a fun eight-year run and I am excited for what is to come!"

There was also an ultimatum given by Kathy Hilton to Bravo, saying she wouldn’t return to the show unless Lisa and Erika Jayne were taken off of it, according to the Daily Mail.

In June, Hilton confirmed to E! News that she would be leaving the show to focus on her daughter's reality show Paris In Love.

Diana, on the other hand, is leaving after one season with the show because of her “high risk” pregnancy. She gave birth in August 2023—which was after RHOBH wrapped filming for the season.

“Due to many factors, this pregnancy is considered high risk and I am on doctor-advised bed rest,” she wrote in an Instagram post on Jan. 9. “To that end, I am not able to devote myself fully to filming the next season of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. I would like to thank Bravo and Evolution for allowing me to focus on my pregnancy, and for their support and understanding.”

However, she wasn’t exactly a fan favorite, leaving some to suspect she might be leaving when she attended the season 12 reunion virtually, saying she had COVID-19 when they were filming, but fans theorized that she didn’t want to see the other housewives, per Page Six. She also didn’t go to BravoCon in October, according to Bustle.

Who is returning?

The official list of returning Housewives are:

Who are the special guests this season?

RHOBH alums Camille Grammer, Kim Richards, and Faye Resnick will be making an appearance. Plus, Cynthia Bailey from Real Housewives of Atlanta, and Larsa Pippen from Real Housewives of Miami will be popping by, too.

RHOBH started filming in the winter.

Season 13 reportedly resumed filming in February, per Hollywood Life. It was supposed to wrap up shooting in May, but apparently picked up again to capture the drama of Kyle Richards' and Mauricio Umansky's separation—according to PEOPLE.

Andy Cohen also confirmed the news on an episode of Radio Andy this summer. "[It] will be included next season of Beverly Hills in some way, shape or form, that’s all I’ll say,” he said.

Are there any more spoilers?

Sadly, the only thing that seems certain right now is that Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky are heading toward divorce—and it seems it'll be well documented on Season 13, according to the trailer.

One more thing to note from the trailer: singer Morgan Wade also makes an appearance this season, and there has been speculation that she and Kyle Richards may be in a relationship. However, the pair have denied being more than good friends, per E! News.

Stay tuned for more details!
