The House From "10 Things I Hate About You" Is on the Market

Embarrassing dad not included.

If you've got a little (OK, a lot of) extra cash lying around, you can actually live out your fantasy of starring in a classic '90s high school movie.

The house from the film 10 Things I Hate About You is officially on the market and can be yours for a casual $1.6 million, Refinery 29 reports. The home, located in Tacoma, Washington, contains many of the most infamous spots from the film, including the wraparound porch where you can cozy up with a coffee like Kat Stratford (played by Julia Stiles), and the large living room, where your dad can totally embarrass you.

According to Seattle's King 5 News, the home has been unavailable to purchase for the last 30 years. The listing, which King 5 noted is now posted on Redfin, details the complete "grandeur," noting that much of the home's woodwork has remained untouched.

And the best part about your possible purchase? The home is located only minutes from the high school where the movie was filmed. So, after you wrap up your preparations for prom you can head on over to that stadium and await a marching band serenade.

Don't worry if you don't have the extra cash needed to purchase this piece of '90s history. After all, you can always visit the Stratford home anytime you wish via your streaming service of choice.
