All 14 of the area's free splash pads will open Wednesday and will operate daily from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. The park's department pools are set to open Memorial Day, May 27, according to a news release from city officials.

The splash pads run in seven-minute cycles and can be activated by hitting a button.

All four pool operate Tuesday through Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sunday 1 to 6 p.m., according to the release.

The cost to swim for residents aged 12 and younger is $1; those 13 and older is $2; and non-residents can swim for $2 to $4 depending on age group.

The last pool swim day of the season is Labor Day, Sept. 5, with splash pads closing for the year on Sept. 30, according to the release.
