Every now and then a Jeopardy! contestant gets widespread attention for something other than their trivia prowess. Such was the case of Anji Nyquist, a social media coordinator from Minneapolis, MN, who has been called the "hottest contestant ever" by some fans since appearing on the long-running game show earlier this month.

This, she says, has let to some borderline-inappropriate requests from fans. But at least Nyquist seems to have a good sense of humor about it.

In a recent interview with The Sun, Nyquist explained that she participated in an "ask me anything" Q&A with fans following her brief Jeopardy! stint. After first appearing on the show on July 5, she unexpectedly turned things around during the Final Jeopardy round and won, only to be eliminated the following day.

"There were a lot of people who asked, 'Would you do an OnlyFans? It would be really popular,'" she recalled. "I mean, that's not my style, but it was flattering?"

"You’re gonna get some nice people, and you’re gonna get some creeps. I have been getting DMs from random men," Nyquist continued. "Most of it's just nice, 'You’re so beautiful, you're the hottest contestant ever'—which is so dumb.... Jeopardy! is about your brain and your performance in this scenario. It was not what I was expecting, that's for sure."

She further addressed the situation on Twitter afterwards. "I did an AMA sort of thing [on Instagram] today and a lot of weirdos want me on OnlyFans. Not going to do it but thank you for the confidence boost!"

But in addition to being, shall we say, easy on the eyes, Nyquist also went viral following her second Jeopardy! appearance for naming her pet cat after Naz Reid of the Minnesota Timberwolves. Though, she specifies that the feline NAZ REID be spelled in all caps.

It's unclear whether the human Reid is aware of his kitty namesake, but like Nyquist, we can only imagine he'd be flattered by the comparison.
