Shake Shack is on fire with their new collaboration, so you might want to keep a glass of water handy. The burger chain announced this week that they're rolling out a spicy new Hot Ones-inspired menu.

If you're unfamiliar, Hot Ones is a popular YouTube talk show produced by the website First We Feast. Host Sean Evans interviews celebrities as they taste their way through a series of hot sauces that gradually increase on the Scoville scale.

With the announcement of the new menu, fans can get a taste of the show thanks to menu items that include the Hot Ones Burger, Hot Ones Chicken, Hot Ones Cheese Fries, and Hot Ones Bacon Cheese Fries. Both the burger and chicken sandwich come topped with Hot Ones Spicy ShackSauce, applewood smoked bacon, and Monterey Jack cheese. The fries are also served with Hot Ones Spicy ShackSauce and have dusting of Aleppo pepper for extra fire.

For fans who want even more heat, Shake Shack will sell packets of The Last Dab: Apollo. Recognized as Hot Ones' hottest sauce to date, it's made from the Apollo Pepper. Developed by chili breeder Smokin’ Ed Currie, the Apollo Pepper is a hybrid of the Carolina Reaper and the Pepper X and reportedly exceeds 3,000,000 Scoville heat units.

The Shake Shack x Hot Ones menu will be available in restaurants starting September 16, but if you have Shack App, you can access the menu as early as today.
