  • Taylor Swift is having an unprecedented year, dominating the popular culture.

  • One extraordinary location in Swift's history is choosing to commemorate the music icon in a unique way.

  • Reading Hospital, where the songstress was born, gave all babies born on her birthday a special friendship bracelet.

Taylor Swift isn't just having a moment—she is the moment. It's inarguable. Miss Americana herself has now become American royalty. And that's even more true when compared specifically to the British Royal Family.

Like the Royal Family, Swift has actual sway over her nation's economy. Like the Royals, her romances are feverishly reported upon. And now, much like what occurred during King Charles's royal coronation, certain babies born on Swift's birthday were given a special gift.

Now, before anyone gets ahead of themselves, we should be clear that not just any baby born on Swift's birthday will get this T-Swift gift, so don't go having any babies just for that. (Look, man, Swifties can be intense. We're just covering our bases). These babies need to be born not just at the right time but also in the right place.

Specifically, Reading Hospital in West Reading, Pennsylvania.

Reading Hospital is where the singer was born on December 13, 1989. (Contrary to popular opinion, she did not simply come into being one day like a country/pop crossover Gandalf, created by Iluvatar to contrast the Saruman that was Chris Gaines.) And as TODAY reports, the hospital wanted to do something special to honor the country superstar born within their walls as she has her biggest year ever.

The hospital posted a reel on their Instagram announcing that babies born on December 13 in their hospital would receive special friendship bracelets from the staff. Friendship bracelets have become a massive part of "Swiftie" fan culture, with Swift devotees making their own to wear and exchange at her concerts and other events. The ones made by the hospital "had a special message like 'Mom,' 'Loved,' 'Believe,' 'Fierce,' and 'Newborn Era,' among others."

The hospital captioned its reel with:

"In celebration of Berks County native Taylor Swift’s birthday, our babies are marking their ✨newborn era✨ today with adorable friendship bracelets from our staff! Here’s to celebrating the spirit of connection and the beginning of many cherished bonds among our newest stars."

Personally, we think more hospitals should embrace this idea. Born in the same hospital as Bob Dylan? Give that kid a harmonica! Born where any of the members of Run-DMC entered the world? Hook the parents up with some Adidas. Having a baby at the hospital Rolling Stones guitarist Keith Richards was born? Mom's going to have the purest, most potent epidural possible. The possibilities are endless!
