Put on your best dress! It's time for a Hope Valley shindig! As the town prepares for the Governor’s black-tie ball, some are still reeling from the true intentions of Union City Holdings.

In this week's episode, "All Dressed Up," Lucas (Chris McNally) decides to try to sway the Governor to their side while Bill (Jack Wagner) gets an unexpected visitor. On the lighter side of things, Hickam (Ben Rosenbaum) musters up the courage to ask someone to the ball, but did he wait too long?
